M, <br /> Attorney Butler indicated to the Board the need for further <br /> discussion between the Applicant and the Unit Owners. Attorney <br /> p► �� Butler stated for the record, "That it is our intention to try to <br /> address as many of these concerns as we can. Issues such as <br /> 19�r'�•"' �`" having an additional swimming pool and not an additional tennis <br /> court, having a separate roadway access for construction <br /> vehicles, placing limitation on construction hours, reducing the <br /> size of some of the units (the end units are two thousand (2, 000) <br /> IIA� 1 1 rye; „ <br /> square foot vs. eighteen hundred (1, 800) square foot in the <br /> middle, reducing those down to eighteen hundred so they are all <br /> the same size. " Aesthetically, there is a concern of the garages <br /> �►'' 1 °� ry facing out onto the front of the buildings. Attorney Butler <br /> stated, "We are willing to also consider, we want to have some <br /> 4i t••i�` discussion with them about it, but to consider modifications that <br /> would change the look, potentially do away with the garages in <br /> certain instances or figure another way around the problem from <br /> the standpoint of aesthetics. " Attorney Butler stated that he <br /> and Mr. Bornstein are willing to further discuss all of the <br /> issues of concern raised by the unit owners. <br /> Attorney Butler addressed Exhibit C, a Formal Modification <br /> of Special Permit document which the Board had not seen before. <br /> Attorney Butler said it had been his intention to submit this <br /> earlier, but in light of his proposed request to continue the <br /> +, ► Hearing for further discussions, he brought it this evening. <br /> Attached is Exhibit D, a thirteen point summary of the key <br /> Modifications. <br /> Attorney Butler proposed allowing Mr. Eldredge to address <br /> the revised site plan; and Mr. DiMeo the architectural and <br /> landscaping issues. <br /> r' <br /> The Chairman agreed, stating what would really be helpful <br /> would be a comparable graphic of what is currently permitted. <br /> Attorney Butler suggested addressing the roadway issues. <br /> I <br /> (It was determined that the Condominium Association had <br /> copies of proposed and current project. ) <br /> 1 �11i� r <br /> , ,Il6 ,� The Chairman determined there could be a discussion <br /> regarding roadways, but there should be a frame of reference. <br /> ;� � , Attorney Butler suggested Mr. Eldredge could indicate <br /> 1 114 1114.i��- <br /> - roadways on the existing permit vs. where they will be as <br /> proposed. <br /> Q ,� N. <br /> The Chairman recognized Mr. Eldredge to continue. <br /> k' y Mr. Eldredge pointed out that all of the previously proposed <br /> •"�''`� � and approved roadways are going to remain in place with the <br /> r`+ . �"•�� � ` exception of four areas as shown on the map.
