They <br /> will meet again in order to present the Plan and architectural <br /> design. ,, <br /> Attorney Butler further stated for the record, "I did not <br /> meet with these unit owners at any time since this Purchase and <br /> Sale has been signed. I would hope what I was referring to and I <br /> t believe what I probably was referring to was my prior meetings <br /> •'"�'�N '' with the unit owners. And I think what I said was that in this <br /> " case we would certainly do that again, because we understood how <br /> important that was. But I . . . I would correct that for the <br /> record. " <br /> The Chairman stated there had been a request within the last <br /> Il ,,1� two years. <br /> Attorney Butler stated that he was before this Board two or <br /> three years ago when the Modification attached as Exhibit C was <br /> under discussion. He further stated that he was asked by the <br /> Planning Board to give notice to all of the unit owners of the <br /> proposed Modification; there was a meeting at his office in <br /> Hyannis on a Saturday morning for all current unit owners at that <br /> �p period in time. There was a subsequent follow up meeting for the <br /> i, <br /> IiE purpose of further discussion of the Modification. The unit <br /> owners were then given notice of a follow-up Hearing before this <br /> Board. <br /> Eileen Prose: "And that' s—none of us received that. . . <br /> The Chairman: "Yeah, but that. . . I 'm. . .what I 'm trying to <br /> •;,, say to clarify it. I think what is referred to there is a much <br /> older discussion on a different matter. " <br /> Attorney Butler stated that he was happy to take blame or <br /> .•y�r1 ' heat for anything he may have done that misstated a meeting. <br /> Attorney Butler made it clear, for the record, that he did not <br /> meet with this group and stated his belief to what was referred <br /> µ to in the Minutes was a prior willingness and meeting with unit <br /> owners at an earlier point in time. <br /> Eileen Prose referred to a meeting held " . . .this past Monday <br /> 41 +" ""'16' night. . . " at the request of Mr. Bornstein for the purpose of unit <br /> owner input prior to tonight' s Planning Board Public Hearing. <br /> ��� n;' •. Ms. Prose stated the meeting was held at her home, after an hour <br /> and half of discussion with Mr. Bornstein informing him of why <br /> "qg �� the unit owners did not like his Plan, there were no concessions. <br /> , Ms. Prose further stated that Mr. Bornstein was informed by the <br /> unit owners that based on current papers, " . . .that we, as <br /> it Trustees, are in control of what happens with the land. " At <br /> which point he (Mr. Bornstein) began to make concessions.
