" Ms. Prose yaw <br /> stated for the record and to Board Members that she would like <br /> to have Fran Doherty, Unit Owner, read a letter written to the "gat <br /> Board clarifying Minutes of a May Meeting: <br /> Letter dated September 18, 1996; "Unit 14, Windchime <br /> Condominium, 90 Great Neck Rd. So. , Mashpee, MA 02649 addressed <br /> to Mashpee Planning Board, Mashpee Town Hall, Great Neck Road <br /> North, Mashpee, MA 02649, Members of the Mashpee Planning Board: <br /> With regard to the Mashpee Planning Board' s Meeting of May 15, <br /> 1996, I am writing to state for the record that the statement by ilye . t <br /> Attorney Butler that ° . . .they had met previously with the unit <br /> owners. . . " (page 13, 1st par. ) is incorrect. The first meeting <br /> with the unit owners did not occur until July 29, 1996 in �� <br /> Marjorie Harrington' s unit - Unit 43_ At this time a plan was <br /> presented to us that was totally unacceptable to 100* of the unit <br /> owners of Windchime Condominium. (The original of which is attached <br /> and filed herewith as part of the official record. ) . ." <br /> dk' ai;i The Chairman asked if anyone could make a clarification to <br /> this point. <br /> .ai <br /> Attorney Butler stated he was hearing of this for the first <br /> time and that if he had made a mistake and misstated something, <br /> that he would correct it for the record. Attorney Butler E <br /> expressed an interest in reading the Minutes in question. <br /> Attorney Butler further stated, " . _ . I know that there had been <br /> conversations that I had with the developer that there were ,'"� • <br /> discussions with the unit owners and I also know that I had <br /> meetings with the unit owners after the prior Modification <br /> requests for Related. . .and I have a funny feeling that' s what I <br /> was talking about. ^ <br /> f14 <br /> The Chairman questioned whether the statement in question 11 <br /> wasn't taken a little out of context. The Chairman stated that <br /> he was aware of meetings held two g <br /> g years ago or so. <br /> Attorney Butler responded, "Yeah.
