He asked if that was still a <br /> consideration. <br /> :y <br /> Attorney Butler answered, "Yes. " He then made reference to <br /> the Plan indicating a portion of the site which is being <br /> considered; it is not in the draft as a condition of the <br /> Modification; it is something that could be added. Attorney <br /> �N ,P Butler further stated that the one caveat to a deed would be that <br /> the Association, if they chose, would have access for whatever <br /> purposes would be allowed (recreation) . <br /> F r� Eileen Prose identified herself for the record as a Mashpee <br /> resident (summer-7 yrs. - permanently-4 yrs. ) Unit #10 at <br /> Windchime. Ms. Prose stated she absolutely loves living at <br /> * Windchime, so much so that shell "never leave the Cape. " She <br /> 'i stated that she has an eight year old child at the Coombs School. <br /> A neighbor also has an eight year old child. The neighborhood is <br /> a close one.
