The lots have <br /> been reconfigured for the Definitive Plan, and accepted by the 7;ia" •r <br /> Board when submitted during Preliminary Discussion. <br /> Sheet 1-Mr. Silvia proposed a Plan with eleven (11) Lots, <br /> one of which has an existing house on it. The revised Plan has one added set of catch basins <br /> and drainage at the cul-de-sac. Two roadway cross <br /> sections. <br /> The Chairman asked if soil testing had been done at the r� <br /> leaching areas. Mr. Silvia answered, " . . .that is to be done. " q,al <br /> Making reference to the Plan, Thomas Fudala asked if an <br /> existing driveway is to be eliminated. Mr. Silvia answered, <br /> "yes. " "There is no easement. " <br /> Patrick Coffey asked if projected building footprints, <br /> locations, septic systems had been done. r <br /> Mr. Silvia answered, "Yes, we have. " He made reference to �, <br /> the Plan indicating the location of septic systems as stipulated <br /> by the Board of Health. <br /> The Chairman inquired as to the status of access for Lots 1, <br /> 2, 3, 4, and 5. +y�iEi <br /> Thomas Fudala suggested labeling the Plan to read "No <br /> Access, to which Mr. Silvia agreed. <br /> The Chairman determined there was no report from the Board , ?!J0, <br /> '3II�'FE <br /> of Health at this point and that the Planning Board is awaiting <br /> input from Consulting Engineer, Charles Rowley.
