Additions to the conditions of the Special <br /> +e <br /> Permit amendment to the jurisdiction area of the Conservation <br /> Restriction described in the Special Permit and Modification of <br /> the phasing schedule described in the Special Permit. Plans may <br /> -jI be reviewed in the offices of the Town Clerk or Town Planner at <br /> " Mashpee Town Hall. " <br /> The Chairman recognized Attorney Butler, who identified <br /> himself for the record as Pat Butler, representing the Applicant, <br /> Stuart Bornstein. <br /> Attorney Butler asked for permission to hand out materials <br /> g to the Board. He introduced Terry Eldredge, Eldredge Surveying <br /> and Engineering. Attorney Butler further stated for the record <br /> 4+,I that he was handing out correspondence from his office together <br /> with four (4) Exhibits, together with a packet of Plans (reduced <br /> 'ylc� copies of the Plans on record with the Town Clerk and Planning <br /> Department) . He stated the Applicant was before <br /> the Board seeking Modification.
