1 <br /> Minutes <br /> The Chairman entertained a Motion relative to the acceptance <br /> of minutes. <br /> MOTION: Robert Govoni made a Motion to approve Minutes of <br /> September 4, 1996; September 18, 1996; October 2, 1996 and <br />, a � October 16, 1996; which Motion was seconded by Dennis Balzarini <br /> and so voted unanimously. <br /> There was Board discussion regarding Article 42, Section <br /> 240 . <br /> the Board regarding <br /> Town Planner, Thomas Fudala, updated <br />�� ► � � Comprehensive Plan Elements. He agreed to provide all Board <br /> 4„ ,;;M r► ± Members with the full version of Coastal Resources Element. <br />,�i} ,,; '► Three Elements have been proposed for the November 20, 1996 <br />� Iti. 1► Meeting. The School Committee has requested an extension for <br /> the purpose of further discussion regarding the School Facility <br />, ! Element. Eric Smith has completed the Coastal Resources Element <br /> draft. The waterways Committee has requested a postponement for <br /> i' the purpose of commenting prior to the public hearing. <br />► �!$' Mr. Fudala suggested going forward with the Public Hearing <br /> • Ip ' as scheduled, at which time a request for continuance to <br /> � 4 <br /> ,K ! ! December 18, 1996 could be made. <br /> ," <br /> The Board agreed the process should be set in motion. <br /> �1 <br /> r <br /> Special Permit <br /> I Willowbend Land Development-Bruce Besse <br /> I Discussion of Proposed Revisions to Clubhouse Expansion Plans <br /> At 8:00 p.m. the Chairman, Anthony Ferragamo, stepped down, <br /> �;l, , Patrick Coffey to <br /> left the Meeting and appointed vice Chairman, <br /> preside over this Special Permit matter. <br /> The vice Chairman recognized Bruce Besse for the purpose of <br /> presenting said Expansion Plans for discussion. <br /> ;.14 p"I ! Mr. Besse stated there was a Special Permit Modification <br /> p (January-February) to construct an addition to the Clubhouse <br /> 11 and to enclose a terrace (#14) . When structural engineering was <br />, 'rye►"% . 1 begun, the addition of the roof pitch proved to be a very <br /> k 1*4N difficult and costly problem. The project was then re-examined <br /> fw � l and Mr. Besse then presented an alternative plan, being less in <br /> "i 'it"' scope than what the Board had previously approved. Mr. Besse <br /> presented copies of a stamped engineering Plan, Revised-Site Plan <br /> ;' for Clubhouse Addition-Willowbend-Mashpee, Ma. <br /> it j11 I'44 i, 'l Mr. Besse informed the Board that after a use analysis of <br />►, 518 �i willowbend operational issues had been completed, they found the <br /> 1if", location of the Pro Shop, being adjacent to the Grille Room was <br /> not compatible. -8- <br /> M 'oil <br /> L. <br />
