The approved footprint was for 3, 584 <br /> square feet; the proposed footprint is 2, 975 square feet. <br /> Mr. Besse requested the Board interpret this request as "not <br /> a significant change, " but not a change of the proposal of the <br /> use of the scope of the project. <br /> Attorney McElhinny reiterated the proposal is less in scope 'a'' <br /> n <br /> than what was originally approved; the only change being a small <br /> additional outbuilding. <br /> Mr. Besse provided copies of architecturals (elevations) . <br /> Mr. Besse said he feels the proposal is an aesthetic improvement. pr° <br /> Patrick Coffey expressed an interest in looking over the ; <br /> elevations as they would pertain to the public sector. <br /> (At this point of the Meeting reference was being made to f. <br /> Elevation-West and South-Proposed Pro Shop-Addition-Willowbend. ) <br /> Patrick Coffey stated his primary concerns were use and <br /> s; <br /> square footage. Because the square footage is less, he expressed <br /> no opposition to the proposal. <br /> F_ <br /> Robert Govoni questioned the square footage of the enclosed <br /> terrace. <br /> Mr. Besse answered the enclosure had been approved in the <br /> original permit. , <br /> (There was discussion regarding footage-reference to Square <br /> Footage/Usage Table-Willowbend. ) <br /> Patrick Coffey inquired as to Conservation concerns; to <br /> which Attorney McElhinney replied they are in receipt of a <br /> Certificate of Compliance, signed off by Army Corps of Engineers. V ` <br /> (There was brief discussion among Board Members. ) <br /> Patrick Coffey inquired if this were a discussion item with <br /> a formal proposal to be resented at a future date. <br /> P P P <br /> Mr. Besse said he was seeking an interpretation from the �! <br /> Board as to whether or not they would be able to proceed with ; <br /> this change under the Special Permit Modification.
