It has been suggested the Town acquire <br /> said parcel for access of Great River. <br /> The Vice Chairman inquired as to the anticipated size of the <br /> Master Plan. <br /> Mr. Fudala stated summary versions are proposed for <br /> presentation to Town Meeting: Goals, Objective, Policies and <br /> Action Plan, with possible Introductory pages. To date there <br /> is <br /> is no proposal for implementation of the Vote. <br /> The intent is to provide copies of the full version of the <br /> final Plan for distribution as a source of information. <br /> Jim Hanks stated that he and two other gentlemen were <br /> present at this Meeting as individuals, and not in their capacity fln' <br /> as Members of the Waterways Commission. He mentioned there are a <br /> number of details he would like to be able to discuss with Eric <br /> Smith: Provide a copy of a report written by Carl Rask, a former <br /> Member of the County Extension in Barnstable; Structure of survey �- <br /> questions (protecting shellfish habitat) ; Dredging areas of <br /> critical environmental concerns; South Cape Beach State Park- - <br /> State owned beach (10 acres) ; Storm water run off; Multiple Use a„ <br /> Water Surface Plan (legal issues regarding water sheet zoning) ; <br /> Issue of boat storage; and the Children's Nature Trail, to which <br /> his is opposed. <br /> Mr. Fudala explained the exhibits would be oriented towards r <br /> educating younger people. The Conservation Corps is in receipt <br /> of a grant from Willowbend Children's Charity. (A safety issue <br /> regarding hunting was also mentioned. ) <br /> (The Coastal Resources Element discussion thereupon <br /> concluded at 9 :20 p.m. ) <br /> Corespondence <br /> d <br /> Flea Market property, commercially developed, one hundred <br /> and one (101, 000) thousand square feet, retail and restaurant, <br /> waste treatment facility to come before the Planning Board <br /> (design has been worked out with the Cape Cod Commission staff) . <br /> Mr. Fudala suggested the plan be adjusted, with a copy for the <br /> j <br /> Planning Board for review and comment. <br /> Mr. Fudala requested permission to review said plan for <br /> comment at the next scheduled meeting, to which all Board Member ;'`"' , <br /> agreed. <br /> P, `• <br /> (There was discussion regarding traffic studies, Route 28MF� ' <br /> layout, driveways, widening requirements, request for Cape Cod <br /> Commission minutes/comments. ) ��+1 <br /> .r <br />
