(Scientific activity at Woods Hole that could be <br /> translated into the development of new products and jobs on the <br /> I� Cape. ) <br /> Strategy #4: Develop Alternative Employment Options for <br /> Mashpee Residents. Develop an entrepreneurial mentor program. <br /> (The Economic Development Committee will be offering an Economic <br /> do <br /> Development Entrepreneurial Mentor Program in January. ) A small <br /> �il incubator or tele-commuting center as part of the proposed <br /> l Industrial Park. Promote home-based workers and address <br /> regulatory barriers to homebased work. Maintain a close working <br /> relationship with the Southeastern Massachusetts Entrepreneurial <br /> ' Training Program. Encourage low and moderate income residents to <br /> participate in a pushcart program at Mashpee Commons. (Small <br /> off-beat ways to provide income to Mashpee residents. ) Encourage <br /> Wampanoag Tribal Council and Cooperative Economics for Women. <br /> Strategy #5: Ensure that Mashpee Residents Benefit From <br /> i � Regional Economic Activity and that the Workforce Development - <br /> Needs of Local Businesses Are Met.
