Fulone asked if there would be one set of pl retypes for each. <br />Mr. Lehrer stated the kickoff would educate people on the RPP. There would be a map of different <br />places. There would be various tables set up where each table represents a different placetype. The <br />built systems in that specific place type, existing conditions, some likes or dislikes, and what the future <br />looks like will be discussed. This is the best way to demonstrate consistency with the RPP. It will need <br />some refinement and education with participating folks, t that's <br />There can also be design workshops set up in the digital space. Public charrettes; will be ongoing. <br />There are multiple project folders in the platform and they will live the life of the engagement until the <br />program closes. <br />Mr. Lehrer has a site visit with the consultants on February 10, 2022. Sewer Commission and <br />Conservation Commission both meet that day. This will be beneficial for the consultants to see what the <br />Sewer Commissioner is doing with an equally important public works project. It is important the <br />consultants will be kept apprised of Issues they are managing. <br />Waygan would like to tune in so she can participate. Lastly, she talks about targeted stakeholder <br />community outreach. She notes it is important when there are groups of stakeholders coming together <br />being interviewed, it needs to take place in a public format of some type. A stakeholder is the Chamber <br />of Commerce. They aren't on Zoom or public, how can she or Planning Board members participate in <br />those meetings? It should be important to see what they have to say. <br />r. Lehrer will figure out how to facilitate the stakeholder meetings and focus groups to allow <br />opportunity for involvement in real time, whether virtual or in person. There will be more direct <br />involvement with those processes. <br />Chairman inquired about the calendar stating platform launch in May. Mr. Lehrer noted they will have <br />no problem building out the w b ita for March and to disregard May. <br />2 <br />
