Mashpee Select Board <br />Minutes <br />March 21.2022 <br />APPOINTMENTS & HEARINGS <br />Public Hearing: 2022 Shellfish Regulations: (continued) <br />Discussion and Approval of 2022 Shellfish Regulations: <br />Motion made by Selectman Gottlieb to continue the Public Hearing on the 2022 Shellfish Regulations to <br />May 16, 2022. <br />Motion seconded by Selectman O'Hara. <br />VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0. <br />Roll Call Vote: <br />Selectman Sherman, yes Selectman Weeden, yes Selectman Gottlieb, yes <br />Selectman Cotton, yes Selectman O'Hara, yes Opposed, none <br />Public Hearing: 2022 Seasonal Alcoholic Beverages and Entertainment License Renewals: <br />Discussion and Approval of 2022 Seasonal Alcoholic Beverages and Entertainment Licenses: <br />The Mashpee Select Board acting as the Local Licensing Authority for the Town of Mashpee opened the Public <br />Hearing on the 2022 Seasonal Alcoholic Beverages and Entertainment License Renewals by reading aloud the <br />announcement. <br />The following license have filed complete renewal applications; <br />Package Store — All Alcohol: <br />Commons Convenience <br />Mashpee Mart <br />Restaurant — All Alcohol: <br />Cooke's Seafood <br />Bob's Seafood Cafe* <br />New Seabury Athletic Club & Pool <br />The Raw Bar* <br />Hotel/Innkeeper: <br />Popponesset Inn* <br />Club — All Alcohol: <br />The Lure* <br />*Denotes an establishment that is renewing a license for Weekday Entertainment and/or Entertainment on <br />Sundays. <br />It was disclosed Morrison Marketplace, LLC d/b/a Poppy Market has chosen not to renew for 2022. <br />All applicable regulatory agencies have signed off on the above referenced establishments. All licensed <br />establishments are current on their property taxes, and the AB CC has reported no violations for CY2021. <br />
