16 Great Neck RoadXorth <br />Mashpee, Massachusetts 02649 <br />Applicant: Marcello Mallegni, Forestdale Road, LLC <br />Location: 523 Main Street (Map 26, Block 6) <br />Request: The applicant requests consideration for approval of a 9 lot definitive <br />subdivision plan of land consisting of approximately 18.05 acres located <br />on Main Street (Route 130) between Nicoletta's Way and Echo Road. <br />Mr. Fulone received correspondence from the applicant's Attorney requesting a continuance to allow for <br />continued discussions between the owners regarding Nicoletta's Way access to subdivision. <br />Mr. Lehrer spoke to the Cape Cod Commission staff and when the Public Hearing opens they will <br />deliver a thorough report. <br />Mr. Pesce received revised plans and he wants to state for abutters, the nearest road looking at <br />Nicoletta's is well over 200 ft. <br />Ms. Russell asked if that included Sturgis Lane. <br />Ms. Waygan stated there is a lot of interest in this and when things are of interest there is usually a <br />webpage. <br />MOTION: <br />Ms. Waygan made a motion to continue this Public Hearing until May 18, 2022 at 7:10p.m. <br />Seconded by Mr. Callahan. All in favor. <br />NEW BUSINESS <br />Sign special permit modification decision approving the request of Michael and Lisa Cannata to <br />increase the allowed number of seats from 12- 35 in a food establishment at 2 Center Street. <br />Mr. Lehrer stated there are no appeals and he is requesting the Board sign. <br />Discussion relative to anticipated request for covenant release for properties addressed as 17 <br />Silverleaf Lane — Mr. John Rodrigues <br />Mr. Lehrer wants to preface, this is for an anticipated request for covenant release. This is the final <br />remaining portion for the entire subdivision to have a completed road way system. In his time as <br />Planner he has never addressed any of this with the Board. He wanted to discuss expectations and he <br />met Mr. Pesce on site with Mr. Rodrigues. They reviewed plans on record and he wants Mr. Pesce to <br />give his opinions prior to giving Mr. Rodrigues the Boards findings. <br />Mr. Pesce made a site visit and they discussed what was there and what needed to be added. His <br />initial feeling is let's make it safe and reasonable for occupants of the road. Mr. Rodrigues is trying to <br />build a house on a parcel that's getting ready to apply for a building permit. He would like to be <br />3 <br />
