Mr. Lehrer is still waiting to hear back from the members of the three homeowner's <br />associations. He is waiting for advisement on when they want to proceed with the issues that have <br />been defined. It will remain an ongoing agenda item. <br />BOARD MEMBER COMMITTEE REPORTS <br />Cape Cod Commission — CCC is doing some work looking into the regions need for <br />childcare. They convened the working group on stresses <br />on development and trying to grapple with developing of <br />affordable housing and preservation of open space. <br />Mr. Lehrer commented it is a group exploring lands on Cape Cod that are developed, like golf courses <br />and camps, developed and not protected in any legal fashion. They also aren't contributing to the 86% <br />of the Capes land area that is developed or preserved. It is in the interest of certain groups to have the <br />Commission look at mitigation strategies and how they are applied to abutters or on perceived open <br />spaces. He has participated in two of these meetings and will continue to provide updates. <br />Community Preservation Committee — A slew of articles for funding were submitted to the Select <br />Board for the Warrant, they were all recommended. The <br />new track and field at the Middle/High School got a positive <br />recommendation from the Capital Improvements Program. <br />Design Review — No Meeting <br />Plan Review — No Meeting <br />Environmental Oversight Committee — No Meeting <br />Historic District Commission — No Meeting <br />Military Civilian Advisory Council- No Meeting <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />Mr. Balzarini made a motion to adjourn the meeting of the Planning Board at 7:33p.m. Seconded <br />by Mr. Phelan. All in favor. <br />The meeting ended at 7:33p.m. <br />Next Meeting: Wednesday, March 16, 2022 at 7:OOp.m. <br />
