No proposed <br /> sign. <br /> Attorney Christopher Kirrane representing the applicant. Also present John <br /> LaValle with Baxter Nye, and Joao Junqueira with Capewide Construction, <br /> and Mr. Clancy. <br /> The project is located in the 1-1 District and Light Industrial Overlay District. <br /> The 7,272 sq, ft. metal contractor bay style with six (6) bays proposed <br /> building. The building fronts Mercantile and Industrial Drive, but the only <br /> entrance is on Mercantile. The sign has not been determined for the <br /> entrance, however there will be a sign on the building and has yet to be <br /> determined. All lighting is on the building. There are nine parking spaces <br /> and one handicapped space. The proposal includes cabinet making. <br /> Mr. Morris asked if the entire building will be occupied.
