Mr. Falacci stated that he will submit another estimate , in <br /> response to Charlie ' s report. <br /> Tony explained that they will not reduce the L/C until they <br /> receive something from ComElectric stating that they' are <br /> aware of the hazardous situation with the transformers . <br /> Mr. Falacci will call the Planning Dept. to get on an agenda <br /> when he has received all the additional information (letter <br /> from Com Electric and cost estimates) . <br /> Applicant: South Mashpee Highland Trust <br /> Location. Down East Estates, between Mashpee Neck Road <br /> and Simon' s Narrows Road. <br /> Request: Release of covenant on five lots. <br /> Earl Marsters was present representing the applicant. They <br /> were requesting release of covenant on five lots . He <br /> presented plans of the subdivision to the Board. He <br /> explained that the road was constructed to a point past <br /> these two lots (33 , 34) therefore he is requesting a <br /> release. The road has since been extended but it only has <br /> a binder coat (no finish coat) and he is requesting release <br /> of the three lots on that part of the road. <br /> Tony explained that the Board can not release the covenant <br /> on 36, 37 , 38 without security or the work being completed. <br /> Mr. Marsters will present a bond (or L/C) for the remainder <br /> of work. <br /> Wayne made a motion to release the covenant on lots 33 ai-ld <br /> 34 on Down East Estates . Pat seconded the motion. All <br /> Board members were in favor. <br /> oSID Pro iects <br /> Applicant: Fields Point Limited. Partnership <br /> Location: Whitings and Quashnet west <br /> Request: Discussion of whitings and Quashnet West as <br /> well as Fields Point planning issues and Jobs <br /> Fishing Road. <br /> Doug Storrs and Buff Chase were present representing the <br /> applicant. <br /> They presented the Board with additional information for the <br /> submission of application for Special Permit to clarify the <br /> information previously presented. <br /> Tom presented his comments : <br /> A. he has a problem with the base oSID calculations of the <br /> units . The zoning which is being applied does not comply <br /> with the by law. <br /> B . specific variances - are changes to the oSID by law, not <br /> things that are variable. They should be looked at as <br /> potential zoning changes . March 5th is the deadline to mak e <br /> changes which are agreed upon by the Board . <br />
