Previously the Board had released a <br /> number of lots but they are now requesting the Board amend <br /> it to only lot #49 for filing purposes-. <br /> letter from Popponesset Island property holders regarding <br /> their meeting to repair the Popponesset bridge. They are <br /> going to invoke an ancient statue which give them the rights <br /> of a Town meeting and rights to asses a betterment in order <br /> to get the repair work done. If possible, they will seek <br /> remuneration from those responsible at a later date . <br />
