Egerton <br /> is proposing a 0 lot line, clustered concept with <br /> courtyards. <br /> Judy stated a concern is that they would like to retain the <br /> rural character of Meetinghouse Rd. <br /> Mr. Grasetti stated that you will probably not see anything <br /> at all . ' <br /> He stated that this plan will still leave large amounts of <br /> open space . <br /> They plan 2 bedroom units 1, 200 to 1, 400 sq, feet each. <br /> Amenities will include a swimming pool and 2 tennis courts <br /> and probably a building, but pool will be separate from <br /> tennis courts . <br /> Tony asked about the water supply? <br /> Mr. Grasetti stated that it would be by master wells located <br /> in the saute spot, sewage treatment would not move. <br /> Tony asked, to modify this plan, would we go back to the by <br /> law it was established under? How do we go f rom ,mul ti f amily <br /> to detached? <br /> Mr. Grasetti stated that the by law, in his interpretation, <br /> allows single family and multifamily but does not allow <br /> duplex. <br /> Tony stated that they should prepare a written <br /> discussion/argument why this is allowed.
