it Louise made a motion to accept the request to extend as per the April 4th 1990 letter to the Commission from New Seabury. Wayne seconded the motion. All Board members were If the Commission says no,, it reverts to one year. in favor. ChrisSea Nest Drive. Mike Grotsky presented a plan and a New Seabury traffic flow study. He explained that there are 339 units to be developed which are under covenant. They will be required to build a road after 150 units . 81 They have prepared traffic flows using existing roadway. They stated that an argument for reduciong the covenant 10s that there 'i' s a wetland separating Sea Nest Drive from Great Oak Road. Charlie stated they should make a comparison to what was agreed before. They are suggesting 300 units now to be developed when 150 was agreed upon under the covenant. Chrias stated there was no specif ic reason for choosing 150 but the Planning Board at that time did not want 700 units to have egress over Sea nest Drive. Tony asked Charlie 'if he saw a problem with eliminating the covenant? Charlie stated that the roads are very narrow and windy and additional units cannot be Justified. Chris Burden stated that the connection has more negatives than pos itives - iot is going over a wetland and it ims a lot more road than 'is needed. Tony stated that they will have to see some study done some He would liffike to see a plan evolve, to see necessity- of other accesses . The Board is willing to eliminate covenant for construct imon of Sea Nest Drive to Great Oak Rd while retaining rite to require another access.
