They <br /> 011 present a master development <br /> usage, the zoning still <br /> applies f or <br /> criteria,but dimensional limitations and dens 10ty <br /> would be a function of the master plan to be approved. it <br /> much of which 'is 'in present <br /> in the by laws . <br /> They propose this for Jobs Fishing Road area because of the <br /> mixed use neighborhood and would submit plans f or all of <br /> what they want to do including ► Quashnet, <br /> North, 151 <br /> and 28 East (across from Rte 28) . <br /> They are hoping to get direction from the Planning Board of <br /> whether this type of approach would be productive and if "it <br /> N r 04 a <br /> have,Is the way to go If <br /> is, they can deliver in one week any <br /> amendments and applications on all areas and some plans and <br /> drawings of what it will look like. <br /> Mr. Pike explained that they to date, proceeded under <br /> acres ,He thinks this 'is a cleaner approach. <br /> Each area will impact others and they feel 'it best to look <br /> at them as a package.
