~The Board could not act on this at this meeting because there wey e <br /> not 5 members of the Board present. <br /> PERFORMANCE GUARNATEES <br /> Expiring 9/5I90 Bayport Homes letter of credit for $250 ,000 (three <br /> month extension wi 1 be up) for S antui t Woods roads , drains, et c. <br /> Mr. Craig Weeden was present. The Board received a letter from <br /> Chris Costa describing the work which was done. <br /> Charlie prepared a report on his inspection. He recommended that <br /> the LAC could be reduced according to work which remains to be <br /> comleted (from Charlies report) . <br /> Will need certification of what took place on Shields Road from a <br /> qualified person. Chris Costa can submit a detailed explination of <br /> what took place. <br /> The current L/C expires on Sept 5th. Therefore Mr. Weeden will <br /> substitute an L/C for $20 , 000 that can further be reduced when <br /> estimates are received and approved by the Board. <br /> Judy made a motion that unless the Planning Dept. receives a Letter <br /> of Credit for $20 , 000 by August 22 they will act on the $250 , 000 . <br /> Wayne seconded the motion. All Board members were in favor. <br /> Discussion regarding Sarakummit Village streets. <br /> The bids submitted by Mr. Fallaci were good until the end of August <br /> 1990 . Charlie inspected the site on August Sth and nothing had <br /> been done. <br /> The Board deceided to give them formal notice that if the work is <br /> not complete by August 31 , the Board will act on the Letter of <br /> Credit. <br /> Tony will write a cetified return recipt letter to Mr. Falacci <br /> explaining this . <br /> Judy made a motion to formally notify Mr . Falacci that if they do <br /> not complete the road work by Aug 31 the Board will act on the <br /> $90 , 000 Letter of Credit. Wayne seconded the motions All Board <br /> members were in favor . <br /> PRELIMINARY PLAN <br /> Applicant: Louis Antunes <br /> Location: Orchard Road <br /> Request. Submission of preliminary plan for possible cluster <br /> subdivision of 12 acres -- 12 lots on Ilan 69 , Block 5 . <br /> Rich Ferrera from Cape and Island Surveying was present <br /> representing the applicant. He wanted to informally present a plan <br /> to the Board to get their input■ <br /> It was a 12 lot cluster plan. <br /> Two lots have public water. The main is �00 feet away. <br />
