Tom explained that Mrs . Antunes had discussed this with him. She wanted to sell some lots and wanted to give some to her children who wanted to be off the -main road. Tony stated that the ides behind a cluster is that it is superior to a grid and in this case it is not superior, the grid is superior to this . The grid has 150 foot requirement which would only allow 2--3 lots on Quiniquisset. The Board agreed that the grid was superior. Tam stated that the main point is the need to fix the intersection. Rich will mention the feelings of the Board to the owners . BOARD ITEMS Articles for Town Meeting: Tom stated that he submitted a fourth by late which allows the open space to count in the groundwater protection district towards the impervious ground coverage . In the commercial center by law added a provision for bike rac;7 s . The public hearings will be held. on Sept. 19th. Commercial Center: will change it to read that anything under 10 ,000 sq. f t. will go to the Board of Appeals . Tony will call Cheryl Ha.uver -and ask to be put on their Sept. 5th agenda to discuss the Article the Board has filed. McDonalds Comments : The Board will forward Charlie ' s comments to the ZBA. Tony will write a cover letter to send with it. The ZBA hearing on McDonald' s is August 22nd at 7 : 30 p.m. Judy made a motion to- pay Bartlett Tree $460.00 to repair Cha irrigation system. Wayne seconded the motion. All Board me:��bers were in favor. Janes Circle - Board of Appeals public hearing set f or Sep te:rber 5th. The Board did not receive a copy of the 40B applicati n fcrm- which listed the waivers required. The Board will submit Charlie ' s report and recommendations 'to the ZBA.
