All Board members were in favor. <br /> Tony stated that he will try to discuss the issue with Mr . <br /> Reardon. <br /> Charlie ' s report on drainage at Hemlock Drive and Pequot <br /> Road. Continued from earlier time. <br /> Charlie stated that he reviewed the area on clay 3rd and <br /> again a few minutes before the meeting. <br /> He presented detailed letter describing the situation to the <br /> Board. <br /> He expl ained . that there are a number of things which could <br /> cause the problems she has, a shallow well , close to the <br /> road, accumulation of things over a period of time. <br /> In his opinion Pequot is not draining into the well . <br /> There are two levels of pollutants nitrates is product - of <br /> road runoff and also septic systems , and sodium but calcium <br /> chloride is used as road salt, not sodium chloride. <br /> Charlie stated that he cannot determine what is causing <br /> problem. <br /> With the information the have now, he cannot say that it is <br /> Pequot causing the problems. <br /> Tony will talk to Mr. weadon at Bayport homes to have hiiya <br /> open the grates and have them cleaned. Charlie and Mrs . <br /> Stebins will rake sure it is done . <br /> It sounds like it is a septic system problem, from other <br /> houses . Mrs .
