We are grateful <br /> collaboration and support during the year. for his diligent work and vision that supported <br /> historical and environmental preservation while <br /> Respectfully submitted, fostering new commercial and residential development <br /> Richard York that honors the Town's identity and character. <br /> Director <br /> Tom was a guide and mentor to all who served on <br /> the Planning Board. His experience and knowledge <br /> were both instructive and inspiring. His technical <br /> Report of the comprehension of local, state, and federal governing <br /> Planning Department rules, regulations, and laws complemented his <br /> understanding of Mashpee's history with his detailed <br /> recall of planning cases throughout his tenure.
