Explanation: To transfer existing monies to fund the Preservation Funds for Open Space/Recreation <br /> Assessor's Revaluation Account for costs related to Purposes, Historic Preservation Purposes and <br /> meeting the Department of Revenue's annual and Affordable Housing Purposes and to fund the Budget <br /> triennial certification requirements. All towns are for Appropriation Reserve. <br /> required by the D.O.R. to maintain a revaluation <br /> account for costs relating to valuation consultants, The Community Preservation Committee voted 5-0 <br /> Appellate Tax Board expenses, private appraisals, to approve the article to set aside the 10% Reserves <br /> defense of values and various other requirements to and Budget for Appropriation Reserve to be <br /> ensure accurate assessments and timely issuance of tax available for use in fiscal year 2018 as certified by <br /> bills. the Town Finance Director and reflected in the <br /> FY2018 CP-I. <br /> The Board of Selectmen recommends Town <br /> Meeting approval by a vote of 5-0. The Board of Selectmen recommends Town <br /> Meeting approval by a vote of 5-0. <br /> The Finance Committee recommends Town <br /> Meeting approval by a vote of 5-0.
