The Board issued Special Permits to RCA <br /> Report of the Electrical Contractors,and Cape Cod Dog Center Inc. <br /> Zoning Board of Appeals to be located at the newest industrial park Evergreen <br /> Circle, as well as a Special Permit to a new commer- <br /> cial building with contractor bays located on <br /> To the Honorable Board of Selectmen and the Falmouth Road. <br /> Citizens of the Town of Mashpee: <br /> The Zoning Board of Appeals thanks Rodney C. <br /> The Zoning Board of Appeals is appointed by Collins, Town Manager, Michael Mendoza, Building <br /> the Selectmen and acts under the authority of Commissioner/Zoning Official, Evan Lehrer, Town <br /> Massachusetts General Laws (M.G.L.) Chapters 40A and 40B and the Town Zoning By-laws. The Zoning planner, Attorney, Patrick J. Costello, and Attorney, <br /> Kathleen Connolly,Town Counsel,for their assistance <br /> Board of Appeals has the following powers: and advice. These <br /> meetings are open to the public. <br /> Chairman, Jonathan Furbush is approaching his <br /> fourteenth year and continues to provide the Town his <br /> tremendous support.Also,Vice Chairman,William A. <br /> Blaisdell and Clerk, Ronald Bonvie continue to <br /> demonstrate their expertise assisting members of the <br /> Board and the Town on all ZBA petitions. Norman J. <br /> Gould became a Full Board Member back on August <br /> 6,2018,and Associate Members,Bradford H.Pittsley, <br /> and Sharon Sangeleer provide the Board their assis- <br /> tance at most scheduled hearings. <br /> The Zoning Board of Appeals heard a total of � <br /> sixty three (63) Petitions in calendar year 2018. <br /> Petition fees and abutter notification fees in the <br /> amount of $13,309.00 were collected in 2018. <br /> Construction projects included, additions, accessory <br /> apartments, demolition/rebuilds, docks, and <br /> remodel/renovations. <br /> 173 <br />
