Louise stated it is the type of surface they were proposing for <br /> Amy brown Road for more lots. <br /> In that case the DPW insisted upon a paged apron onto Red Brook <br /> Road. <br /> Judy asked if there will be a deed restriction for no further <br /> subdivision of this land? <br /> The applicant responded that there would be. <br /> Tony stated that he is not happy about a 16 foot road servicing 4 <br /> houses. <br /> He is concerned about the impact at the opening with Red Brook <br /> Road, it should be flared out there - 20 feet wide for <br /> approximately 40 feet. <br /> The applicant will agree to this. <br /> Tam stated he is concerned about the paving - how it will hold up <br /> with 4 households. <br /> Applicant: Egerton Development Corp. <br /> Location: Cranberry Hollow project, Meetinghouse Road <br /> Request: Discussion of status of Cranberry Hollow Special <br /> Permit. <br /> Mr_ Carl Grasetti was present. <br /> He explained that Egerton had an ongoing option for a long time <br /> on this property. As of November 29th they have a P & S which <br /> was consummated by the owners and returned to Egerton. <br /> He would like to come back before the Board on the 18th with an <br /> outline of the possibilities to discuss with - the Board. <br /> There are many mitigating measures on the special permit. <br /> This would be a decrease in density and intensity of the project. <br /> He would like to explore what can be done with it. <br /> They would like to do zero lot line, cluster housing. <br /> There permit expires on January 22nd, 1992. <br /> Judy asked if the taxes have been paid? <br /> Mr. Grasetti stated they have not taken title yet, they will make <br /> it right if they are in arrears. <br /> Louise told Mr. Grasetti to make sure Mr. Grogan' s plans were <br /> filed and recorded. <br /> Mr. Grasetti will check into this.
