Request. Submission of Preliminary Plan for 25 new lots and 2 <br /> old <br /> 0 lots - Readjustment of Shore Drive West. <br /> Mr, Mike Grotsky was present. <br /> He explained they have refined the plan which was discussed with <br /> the Board one month ago. <br /> He presented the road profiles and topography. <br /> They have extended the lots down to the ocean. <br /> They have pulled back the road and shortened it. They have the <br /> road continued around, in a loop to a paved cart path. <br /> Mr. Grotsky made a preliminary filing, presented the plan and the <br /> check and the abutters 118st to the Board. <br /> They will pass the plan onto Charlie Rowley for his review, <br /> The Board has 45 days to review Olt. <br /> Mr. Grotsky will return on January 15th, 1992 at 7 :00 . <br /> DISCUSSION <br /> Applicant,: Attorney Patrick M, Butler <br /> 40 <br /> Location,& Windchime Point Condominiums <br /> 0 <br /> Request. Discussion of amended conservation restriction and <br /> status of special permlot modification approval. <br /> Pat Coffey stepped down. <br /> Attorney Butler was not present but the Board rev3mewed a letter, <br /> dated Nov. 19th from hiom regarding his correspondence with The <br /> Trustees of Reservation. The conservation restrictJLon has been <br /> finalized with the courts, <br /> Tony stated that Olt seems the outstanding paperwork has been <br /> completed but residents ' concerns have riot been resolved. <br /> Judy stated 10f the Board sets a date to discuss this , the <br /> a' <br /> residents should be aware. <br /> Tony stated that he will call Attorney Butler and ask hlqm to come <br /> before the Board and ask him to contact the residents and have <br /> them notifiged that this will be discussed with the Planning <br /> Board. <br /> The Board will schedule that discussion for January 15th at <br /> Mr. Butler must prove to the Board that he has notiflued the <br /> owners. <br /> CORRESPONDENCE <br /> 40- a letter from Tony Ferragamo stating that he has received <br /> confirmation from Town Counsel that he is not in conflict of <br /> 11 <br />
