16 Great Neck Road North <br />-Mashpee, 9blassachusetts 02649 <br />Elana Doyle- She wanted to congratulate the new members of the Board, Mr. Richardson and Ms. <br />Faulkner. She also wanted to thank Mr. Fulone for his impeccable job as Chair of the Board. There are <br />many issues to be addressed by this Board and beyond. Now is the time to work towards <br />accomplishing those goals and genuinely listen to all voices in the community when comes to the LCP. <br />Speaking for herself and her generation, one pressing issue remains, no new middle class housing or <br />starter homes being added to the inventory. She believes vetting this idea into the fabric of the LCP is <br />important. She looks forward to future involvement and thanked the Board for the many opportunities <br />for community collaboration. <br />PUBLIC HEARING <br />7:10 (Continued from May 04, 2022) <br />Applicant: Marcello Mallegni, Forestdale Road, LLC <br />Location: 523 Main Street (Map 26, Block 6) <br />Request: The applicant requests consideration for approval of a 9 lot <br />definitive subdivision plan of land consisting of approximately <br />18.05 acres located on Main Street (Route 130) between <br />Nicoletta's Way and Echo Road. <br />Mr. Lehrer sent an email to the Board today. He received a letter requesting a continuance to June 151h <br />instead of June 1 It. <br />MOTION: <br />Mr. Balzarini made a motion to continue the Public Hearing to June 15, 2022 at 7:10p.m. <br />Seconded by Ms. Waygan. All in favor. <br />NEW BUSINESS <br />Sign signatory page for the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds and Barnstable Land Court <br />Registry <br />Mr. Lehrer passed around the signatory sheet. All Board members signed. <br />Sign Oldham Circle Road Taking Plan pursuant to Town Meeting acceptance of the layout <br />Mr. Lehrer prepared the Oldham Circle Taking Plan for signatures. The plan was signed by the <br />members of the Board. <br />OLD BUSINESS <br />Status of Local Comprehensive Plan Update with Weston & Sampson <br />Mr. Lehrer provided the update about the Community Systems workshop and its success. They were <br />able to capture a lot of great feedback. Worksheets were made available for those who could not <br />attend. He urged everyone who did not attend to please provide feedback.
