16 Great .Neck RoadWorth
Mashpee, Massachusetts 02649
Mr. Lehrer sought clarity in her description of need. The new framework includes the CCC and we
need to educate the participants on what these frameworks are as they were not part of the 1998
plan. He believes this worked in April and he thinks it will continue to work. They are also limited with
time and resources.
Ms. Waygan is letting the Board know she is getting feedback it is not working. When documents
are brought for review there could be substantial changes being made.
Mr. Richardson would like to know where people are getting lost.
Ms. Faulkner stated she has gotten some of the same feedback.
Ms. Waygan would like to continue the format with the questions on the front. Just like the power
point definition of Natural Systems, the worksheet will start with a question. She wants the Natural
Systems definition on the front with comments. She was clear she wanted these documents vetted
by the Planning Board.
Mr. Lehrer informed her she did not provide this feedback a month ago when she saw it the first
time.
Ms. Waygan pointed to sections of the document and informed the Town Planner he needs to put
certain text on the front with area for comment and certain text on the back.
Mr. Lehrer understands what she is saying and he can do that.
Ms. Waygan followed up to then add a reference to see more information on the back pertaining to
community goals.
Mr. Richardson has not had any negative feedback nor any complaint about the documents.
Ms. Faulkner anticipates feedback on Saturday.
Ms. Waygan reminded the Board that Planning Board members have stated publically it's about
Mashpee and not the CCC.
Mr. Lehrer wants to be prepared for Saturday. He inquired about the graphics as well as the rest of
the layout.
Ms. Waygan referenced the map sheet from the first workshop. If you start with questions, your goal
is to get people to write.
