Ms. Wells and Ms. Sweet mentioned before they can have a table at a community event. The <br />Mashpee Wampanoag Tribe has authorized a table at the powwow from July 1-3rd. They are having <br />a general meeting the following week which may be a nice time to have a meeting for the Tribe at <br />Headquarters. <br />Mr. Lehrer informed the Board he will be at Race Amity Day on Sunday from 12p.m. — 4p.m. He also <br />noted June 15th as a possible date for a virtual workshop with parents of school age children. <br />Ms. Waygan would like to have in session survey gathering. <br />Mr. Lehrer commented that he also heard from Southport about hosting a workshop. He said he was <br />available to go there when they are ready. <br />Mr. Richardson will look into New Seabury. <br />Ms. Waygan asked members to think about large meeting areas in town. <br />Mr. Richardson offered the Senior Center. <br />Mr. Hansen stated the meetings at the Senior Center start at 10:30a.m. but they have a donut and <br />coffee hour at 1Oa. m. During the coffee hour may be a good time. <br />Mr. Lehrer would like to get as many associations involved as possible. <br />4 <br />
