16 Great Neck Road North
Mashpee, Aassachusetts 02649
Ms. Barbee asked if the fines are still mounting. She also asked if they will make another attempt at
solar.
Mr. Lehrer is unsure of the status of the solar at this time, but he confirmed they are still accruing fines.
Ms. Waygan encouraged her to check with the Town Managers office. She is not sure but they may
have some updates. Less and less of this is falling under the jurisdiction of the Planning Board.
Mr. Balzarini asked where the sand pit was. They cut all the trees in the front, some big trees that are
still bleeding.
Mr. Lehrer noted the sand pit was in the western portion of the parcel closest to the Child's River. They
cut all the trees in the single family dwelling lots.
Ms. Faulkner reiterated that is why a tree bylaw is needed.
Mr. Hansen commented it happened so quickly, one day the trees were there, the next day gone.
ADJOURNEMT
MOTION:
Mr. Balzarini made a motion to adjourn the meeting of the Planning Board at 8:57p.m. Seconded
by Ms. Faulkner.
