16 Great Neck Road North <br />Mashpee, Massachusetts 02649 <br />Ms. Waygan read the correspondence from Attorney Christopher Kirrane. He is requesting the <br />Public Hearing be continued to September 21, 2022 to allow more time to finalize the <br />agreement. <br />Attorney Christopher Kirrane is present this evening. He was hoping to say they crossed the <br />finish line but they are not quite there yet. The attorney for the owners of Nicoletta's Way <br />knows the ball is in his court and Mr. Kirrane's client is ready to go. This will happen before the <br />next meeting and he thanked the Board for their consideration. <br />MOTION: <br />Mr. Balzarini made a motion to continue the Public Hearing to September 21, 2022 at <br />7:10p.m. Seconded by Mr. Richardson. All in favor. <br />NEW BUSINESS <br />Vote to set Public Hearing dates for zoning articles submitted for the October 2022 <br />Town Meeting and related public announcement and presentation to the Select Board <br />on September 12, 2022 <br />Mr. Lehrer wanted to discuss a few scheduling matters that needed to be addressed. There <br />needs to be a Public Hearing set for the zoning articles under review by the Select Board to be <br />considered on the Warrant. There will need to be a special meeting on Thursday, September <br />29, 2022 at 7:OOp.m. to have the Public Hearing. <br />Ms. Waygan noted they will not be meeting on October 5, 2022. As there is nothing else on the <br />schedule she thinks they should meet on Thursday, September 29t" at 7p.m. for the Public <br />Hearing. <br />Mr. Lehrer stated earlier that evening of September 29t" the KC Coombs School will be hosting <br />an Open House where he will have a table set up. Mr. Lehrer will be attending because he <br />thinks it's important to have a presence there. The Planning Board can certainly do both, but it <br />is a commitment he was already planning. The Open House starts at 6:OOp.m. The Public <br />Hearing can proceed at 7:15p.m. to allow enough time for both. <br />MOTION: <br />Mr. Balzarini made a motion to set a Public Hearing regarding the proposed zoning <br />bylaw amendments for Thursday, September 29, 2022 at 7:15p.m. Seconded by Mr. <br />Fulone.
