0 <br />16 Great Neck R,oadXorth <br />Nashpee, Nassachusetts 02649 <br />MOTION: <br />Mr. Richardson made a motion to refer the project to the Cape Cod Commission for <br />review as a Development of Regional Impact. Seconded by Ms. Faulkner. All in favor. <br />MOTION: <br />Mr. Balzarini made a motion to continue the Public Hearing after the CCC refers the <br />project back to the Planning Board. Seconded by Mr. Fulone. All in favor. <br />Mr. Lehrer wanted to inform the people in attendance this evening that this is referred to the <br />Cape Cod Commission. It may be a number of months before the next Public Hearing <br />reopens. He will send out a mailer to abutters when the time comes again. <br />Mr. Balzarini noted they could attend the Public Hearing at the Cape Cod Commission and Mr. <br />Lehrer could get them that information as well. <br />Mr. Lehrer clarified the CCC will send notice of their Public Hearing for regional review. <br />Abutters previously saw three Public Hearing notices because it was withdrawn twice and this <br />is the third referral. There were procedural and regulatory timelines with the application. The <br />Commission stated the application is satisfactory at this point and is complete. He does not <br />anticipate another withdrawal at this time. He apologized for the confusion. <br />Ms. Faulkner noted a discrepancy in the DRI referral form with the square footage. The <br />proposed project is 13,229 s.f. while the agenda states 12,500 s.f. <br />Mr. Lehrer confirmed the proposed square footage is 13,229s.f. with this package submitted. It <br />has grown since the initial submission. He does need a referral and will require Ms. Waygan's <br />signature after the meeting. <br />7:30P.M. (Continued from 07/20/2022) <br />Applicant: Marcello Mallegni, Forestdale Road, LLC <br />Location: 532 Main Street (Map 26, Block 6) <br />Request: The applicant requests consideration for approval of a 9 lot <br />definitive subdivision plan of land consisting of approximately <br />18.05 acres located on Main Street (Route 130) between <br />Nicoletta's Way and Echo Road. <br />Mr. Kirrane is present this evening representing the applicant. He submitted a request for a <br />continuance until the September 7, 2022 meeting. They are working on the final agreement <br />3 <br />
