All in favor. <br />f�1= Y1= *11k'L**1 <br />Consideration of amendments to the Mashpee Planning Board Special Permit <br />Regulations, Section VII: Fee Schedule regarding consulting engineer fees. <br />Mr. Lehrer provided the Board with a draft for the subdivision rules and regulations public <br />hearing. He is proposing the same language be added to the fee schedule for special permit <br />regulations. The purpose of this amendment is for clarification. When the inspection account <br />held in escrow for the purpose of having the Consulting Engineer inspect special permit <br />projects and the value is drawn down to less than 50%, those funds below that threshold will <br />be replenished to the account from the project component. This is the existing practice but he <br />wanted it to be clarified in the rules and regulations. <br />MOTION: <br />Mr. Richardson made a motion to approve the amendment as presented by the Town <br />Planner. Seconded by Ms. Faulkner. All in favor. <br />OLD BUSINESS <br />Request Covenant Release at the Subdivision known as Casper Circle — Steven and <br />Joyce Hynds <br />The Hynds submitted a check for a cash security in the total amount established by the Board. <br />Mr. Lehrer requested the Board release the subject lots from the covenant. <br />MOTION: <br />Mr. Balzarini moved to release the subject lots from the covenant. Seconded by Ms. <br />Faulkner. All in favor. <br />Discussion of issues at the Ockway Highlands Subdivision and the conditions of the <br />Special Permit relative to traffic. <br />Mr. Lehrer stated there was no new information. He still needs to follow up with the <br />neighborhood about their petition to the Select Board about the stop sign. He will prioritize this <br />for next week. <br />4 <br />
