�'0'" <br />16 Great Neck Road North <br />Mashpee, Massachusetts 02649 <br />Ms. Faulkner commented coastal flooding and erosion is number one. <br />Mr. Lehrer stated they are due for an update on the MVP. <br />Low Impact Development Zoning Bylaw amendment <br />The Select Board voted unanimously and recommended to put it on the Warrant for Town <br />Meeting. Ms. Waygan would like to provide some education on low impact development, <br />whether that be a flyer or a slide show. <br />Chris Ball stated it was canceled. <br />TOWN PLANNER REPORT <br />Mr. Lehrer is happy to announce his new staff member, Jennifer Thomas. He will introduce her <br />at a later meeting and he is happy to have her on board. <br />PUBLIC COMMENT <br />None at this time. <br />COMMITTEE REPORTS <br />Cape Cod Commission- They are having a full meeting 9/22 at 3p.m. One <br />agenda item is a regional housing strategy plan. The <br />Zoom is on the CCC website under the calendar tab. <br />HAC will also be putting forward a housing action <br />plan. <br />Community Preservation Committee- The annual Public Hearing is October 61h at Senior <br />Center at 6:00p.m. Applications for funding are due <br />early November. <br />Design Review- 118 Echo Road, the owner is NextGrid. They want to <br />build canopies with mounted solar modules and use it <br />as a contractor storage yard. It is located on a 4.26 <br />acre lot and they need a special permit with the <br />maximum impervious coverage of 93,026s.f. (LID was <br />on her mind, she volunteered they should do <br />stormwater management to encourage some LID <br />planning). It is under the ZBA Special Permit as they <br />need it for the contractor's yard but significant <br />portions are in the groundwater protection district. Mr. <br />Lehrer believes this is the facility that had been turned <br />10 <br />
