16 Great Neck Road North <br />-Alashpee, -Massachusetts 02649 <br />into a junk yard where the town had to fund the <br />cleanup. It went under an environmental review and it <br />is a vacant site stripped of all top soil, an already <br />significantly disturbed site. <br />The second review was at 79 Echo Rd., it is a storage <br />area for flooring materials for a retail store. It sits on 2 <br />acres and is just under 10,000 s.f. She noted they <br />selected interesting colors and it will be reasonably <br />attractive. <br />Plan Review- No Report <br />Environmental Oversight Committee- No Meeting <br />Historic District Commission- No Meeting <br />Harbor Management Plan Committee- No Meeting <br />Mr. Hansen noted the positions will be advertised for <br />the At -Large members, so anyone can apply, as <br />noted at the recent Select Board meeting. <br />Ms. Waygan also noted while discussing the Select Board meeting, Brian Howe's presentation <br />is rescheduled to October 3rd for water quality. <br />Mr. Lehrer stated that is the same day as the proposed virtual workshop. He will reschedule <br />the workshop. He does not anticipate it will be highly attended so he can manage alone. He <br />has not advertised anything yet, but he will check with Ms. Sweet to confirm her availability. In <br />the event she is unavailable he will be able to move forward. He will look at available options <br />but the sooner the better because he wants to get the community engagement completed. <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />Ms. Faulkner made a motion to adjourn the meeting of the Planning Board at 8:OOp.m. <br />Seconded by Mr. Balzarini.
