16 Great Neck Road North <br />Aashpee, .Massachusetts o2649 <br />OLD BUSINESS <br />LCP Updates with Weston & Sampson <br />Survey Beta Test <br />Mr. Lehrer sent a very detailed list of comments, he noted there was another Survey Monkey <br />issue, so it will look weird in the beta tests, but it will be rectified for the final launch. For future <br />plans, he will 100% have a license and take this in house. The survey is looking much cleaner, <br />and it will be distributed by the end of the week. Look for comments about what has changed <br />and if there was any improvement with time. Barring feedback, he is looking to issue at the <br />next meeting, November 16, 2022. <br />Workshops and Focus Groups <br />Ms. Waygan confirmed with Amber at the Tribal Government Administration Office that the <br />LCP is an agenda item for the Tribal general membership meeting on November 13, 2022 at <br />2pm. <br />December 12, 2022 will be the virtual general workshop for the LCP. The plan is to invite <br />participants with general visioning and have breakout rooms. Not everyone will be able to <br />touch on every system. If there is a small turnout they will do it as one large group. <br />Updating the Vision Statement <br />Mr. Lehrer stated the next step is to sift through draft actions. He provided tabulated <br />spreadsheets for review from the engagement workshops. They will work with the 1998 vision <br />statement to review and enhance for a draft to work off of. It will provide a starting point with all <br />findings from engagements. <br />Workshop on Proposed Actions <br />Soon, Mr. Lehrer would like to present a draft of action items to be amended or adjusted in <br />consideration to findings from the survey. <br />Ms. Waygan would like to wait on publishing that until the survey. <br />Mr. Lehrer will be working on it behind the scenes with Weston & Sampson. <br />Ms. Waygan would like to take Public Comment. She recognized Paul Colombo. <br />Paul Colombo- He was looking at key takeaways from the various workshops and he <br />attended all except one due to being ill. During Natural Systems, Built Systems, or Community <br />Systems, there was an extremely heavy emphasis on water quality, degradation, and the <br />problems we are facing.
