MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br />DECISION FOR A SPECIAL PERMIT <br />Owner, Jordan Keliinui <br />83 Red Brook Road (Map 104 Parcel 4) <br />Mashpee, MA 02649 <br />SP-2022-45 <br />SPECIAL PERMIT CONDITIONS <br />In view of the foregoing, the Board determined the Petitioner met the criteria for a Special Permit. <br />Upon motion duly made and seconded at the Public Hearings on Wednesday, October 12, 2022, the <br />Zoning Board of Appeals voted unanimously to issue a Special Permit to Owner, Jordan Keliinui of <br />83 Red Brook Road under § 174-17.1 of the Zoning Bylaws to raze a non -conforming single family <br />residential structure and replace it with a new two bedroom structure; and a detached accessory <br />dwelling unit (ADU) on property located in an R-3 Zoning District, Map 104 Parcel 4, Mashpee, <br />MA with the following conditions; <br />1. The Board has determined that the applicant meets all the conditions of a Special Permit <br />under Mass General Law 40A Section 9. <br />2. The ten (10') foot easement be cleared and maintained to the sixteen (16') foot <br />height. <br />2. The driveway surface be improved to an all-weather surface driveway capable of <br />supporting fire apparatus in all weather conditions. <br />3. The power line moved to allow for the sixteen (16') foot clearance. <br />4. Two propane tanks on the property, beside the home, need to be properly disposed <br />of. <br />7.
