Rowley received a, letter dated 7/27/'E with more data from the developer and still has <br /> the following' concerns; <br /> -Amount of cover ,material on outside of wall (4 Ft. ) needs building permit <br /> -Steel reinforcement mast be shown <br /> --Weep holes area necessity to allow drainage <br /> -Need 'expandable joint in riddle of wall to be shown on profile <br /> -Ptoxi it "of guard rail, "should be moved further than 2; ft. from road '(r co amend` 5 r.") <br /> for safety reasons and to allow for plowing-,ofm.raods. -DeverRape-r ,concerned:.., heat it pu he! <br /> wall closer to „pond raising environmental concerns.
