Plans had been changed to comply with his 6/19/85 comments; however/.- -Headwalls mush: be placed at both ends of proposed 36" drainage pipe from the bore to the fish trapping area. Details of design should be umbitted for the file. - The grade at the cue de sac should be checked. Grade is -7.00 , grade out is + ..1"5.. Upon;motion by H. Collins and second by M. Stone, it was VOTED. UNANIMOUSLY, to approve ,the Definitive Plan at September 4th meeting, Continuation ;of Public Hearing: Payamps Realty Trust -lot subdivision at Intersection of .Payamps and Old Barnstable Road Plan was- revised to, comply with C. Rowley"s comment of /19/8 a. Lot 9 was reduced by 91077 ,s+g--ft. to provide...for-caul de sac-, leaving 40,00,1-sg. ft. fo o :m.g.. Upon motion by H. Collins and second by: ".- Ferragamo, it was VOTED '�NANIMGU$L (R, Dubin abstained) to approve the Definitive Plan for Payamps Realty Trust. Hoard AGREED to sign the Definitive Plan at. September 4th meeting- -' Release of Covenant.: Seabrook Chores/Michael Inth cer. Rowley made inspection and is patisfied_ Upon motion by H. Collins and second by R. Sonus, covenant for 5 lots at Seabrook Shores. . Release of Covenant: Melvin and Phyllis- Dangel/ Cotuit Coact lots -10 have frontage on. Cotuit Road and should not have been incl.udedd' in conversant for Adldhaim Road. Upon motion by R. Jonus, and second by M.
