PLANNING BOARD <br /> Town of Mashpee <br /> PLANNING BOARD MINUTES: 7 6-8 3 cont'd, P a r e 4 <br /> Mr. Rowley said he didn't see anything that would hinder- signing the plwi if in fact <br /> it'-s :a paper street in existance, but he would like to see profile plans before -they <br /> go.too far to check the drainage. He asked if the road was cut out so you can <br /> navigate where it' s going, Mr. Weller said pretty much so. <br /> Mr., Rowley rest-at-ed he would like to see the profiles before construction begins so <br /> they can make adjustments if need be. <br /> Mr. Weller said lie will go ahead and prepare -the profit le and topo before looking for <br /> building -permits. Mr. Rowley said it has to meet all the requirements of the Subdivision <br /> Rules & Regulations and suggested Mr. Weller look at the hook. <br /> The Board s~fined the plan. <br /> Charles Engler d name before the Board as an interested party. He said he purchased <br /> the property known. as Forest Park and wished to change the name to Quail Crossing. <br /> ,he Board pointed out there was a development in So. Mashpee called Quail Hollow and <br /> A. <br /> JI It there might be confusion. They -said they would first like to check with the <br /> Fire Chief and Police Chief to see how they felt. <br /> Mr. Englerd asked if they could get building permits in the meantime and the Board <br /> told him that was the Building Inspector's domain. Mr. Collins said he could issue <br /> them with a'comm.ent on 'it. <br /> Phil Homes came before the Board with an ANR b-elonging to Philbert Daley which the <br /> Board had already signed. He said Mr. Daley now wants the lot Lines shown awn a little <br /> di f f erently.
