Jean Thomas informed the Board she saw a road blocked off going to Jehu Pond and she wanted to know if it had been abandoned. The Board said it had been .abandon-ed by 'U"59VI&B. Realty on their subdivision plan for which a hearing had been held and -the Board had signed. 1 It was decided the Board would discuss the update of the Conservation Plana Mr.,, Marsters asked this secretary to see if she could obtain copies for all members as the Conservation. C.,a mission had only furnished one. The Board went over the mail and signed vouchers, The Board agreed to go forward with the Sign Code andasked this secretary to -provide copies for each member at the next meeting •for discussion. They would like to place .it in the Special Town Meeting scheduled for September., Mr. Mars:ers felt the Board should get together with the Board -of Appeals to discu-ss the ,A.rchit e::tural Review Committee as it calls for respres ant a•tives of the Planning Board, Board of Appeals and Selectmen. Mr,,, Rowley suggested checking wd*th Joe Murphy as he already talked about having a joint meeting th the Boards regarding Special Permits, Mr. Row' ley brought up the f act' that New Seabury has begun making the new entrance road to New seabury and he hasn't been called in to do .any inspections. lair, Ma:_-st ers also said the Board had approved the new road but wasn't sure if the Town had abandoned the old road and so they couldn't block it off if the To-an hadn't. Mr. Ma.rsters dictated a letter to be sent to N.S. informing them the road needs the proper inspections by Mr. Rowley,
