Page 5 <br /> a: <br /> Richardson Jonas went on record as saying he would rather it stayed at 100' <br /> Harold Collins went on record as saying he would rather it staged at 1.00' <br /> Richard Terry asked if they were also -saying the Quashnet River should be 100' and <br /> IKr, Jonas and Mr. Collins responded in -the affirmative. <br /> Mr. Terry stated that was the .opinion of the Planning Board but they still need .a. 2 J3 <br /> vote of the people Monday night. He asked if there was anything else.,,, <br /> George Benway said the Board needed to amend Section�4.4 or you can only have one <br /> build�,ng on a lot, Mr.. Terry said they would look into that. <br /> The public hearing adjourned at -9:47 p.m. The tapes are ,on., file. <br /> -The Board reviewed- the village concept and made the following changes <br /> Chang-e S-ect.lon 2,05 to 2.5 <br /> Section 4.4 should apply to residential only for 1 principal building on a lot <br /> (add "res.identi-al" before lot in last -:sentence) <br /> Sections 6..2, 6..2l 6..22 add 'tor -Pl.a�zning Board" after Board of Appeals <br /> Section A 11 s1hou-Idn't be in business areas but only in -residential. <br /> Section E 5 should add in R--I -and R--5 <br /> Section 7.4 change lot coverraae in R-4 'to 25% <br /> Add Seet-ion 8.8 to deal w.Lth marina pa nCing. <br /> The Board again voted on the 300' setback on whether it shoul,d be loft -at 100' <br /> or go to 3001 . Harold Collins, Richardson Jonas and Earle Mars t ers voted to stay <br /> at I.00' on the Mashpee River and establish 1.00' corridor~ on the Qu ashnet River south <br /> of Route 151. Richard Terry voted for the plan as is, Michele Stone was willing to <br /> compromise to' 200' but was not in favor of 100' . Everything el.s-e was unanimously <br /> accepted on the village concept zoning by-Laws except for the river corridors. <br /> It was agreed that Richard Terry would write up the recommendations of the Board to <br /> el.imin.at a the 300' and =a-ke it 1001 'on the Quashnet River. and Harold .Collins would <br /> deliver copies to all the members prior to Monday night's mee-tiug. It was also agreed. <br /> tha.•t Brian.
