PLANNING BOARD <br /> Town of Mashpee <br /> PLANNING BOARD MINUTES : 4/2/S 0 Con t ' d P ag,e 6 <br /> • <br /> Mr. William Warwick presented the definitive plan for Phase II <br /> NEWS of New s eabury and Mr. Marsters asked if he had complied with <br /> the change of one- (l) street name . Mr. Marsters also asked the <br /> s ecreatry if the Conservation Committee had been advised- of the <br /> possible wetlands area. Mr. Holmes , after the street had been re- <br /> named advised- Planning Board that all was in order and that- indeed <br /> Conservation had been notified and where-as -no-one was in attendance <br /> it must have been thought alright . Mr. Christopher Burden then went <br /> into a lengthy explanation of what would be involved, saying that <br /> 39 units were already in the construction stage and they were asking <br /> for an additional 50 to be approved. Mr. William Clendenin., along <br /> with- the Planning Board were most concerned re proper 'water supply <br /> to which Mr. Burden, replied New Seabury could assure the water supply <br /> was adequate. There was no opposition and Mr. Marsters advised all <br /> persons representing New Seabury the matter 'Would be taken under ad- <br /> visement and that they, would be notified.New road name Is Mashi Circle. <br /> ......Mr. William Warwick representing Gertrude Aiken comes in with plan <br /> before- Planning Board and explains that the original linen has been <br /> misplaced. He f iled a Form. A- in dv'licate and the fee of $20 . 00 was <br /> submitted, after Board -signed .same. It is to- be -noted that Mr. Warwick <br /> did submit the necessary three (3) copies of plan to Board. The area <br /> involved is off Red Brook Road. <br /> Mr. William Warwick representing New Seabury -Corporation. Note that <br /> Mr. Christopher Burden and Selma Rollins are also in attendance . Mr. <br /> Warwick presents a plan believed to be Approval Not Required and after <br /> explaining several points to the Board a Form A was filed and. check in <br /> the amount of $80. 00 submitted. Jt was noted by the Planning Board <br /> that the -plan was uns i gne d by the Engineer and Mr. Burden stated he would <br /> send the E ingineer down in the a.m. to sign same . Mr. Holmes will hold <br /> everv-thing. f o r s in.a Lure. w � www ry mm�.T <br /> It is to be noted that Mr. Philip Holmes returned the Canning property <br /> profiles he borrowed at the last Plan.n.in8 Board Meeti.n on 5 March 80 , <br /> Mr. John Umina , representing .Equestrian. .Trust comes in to night with a <br /> definitive plan consisting of 38+ lots off old Barnstable Road,- Mashpee . <br /> After much discussion., Mr.. Umina submitted properly filled out Form C <br /> and a Public Hearing is to be scheduled for the 16th of April . It is <br /> noted that Mr. Umina did not have - a check for the $390 . 00 required and <br /> it would 'be sent in at a later date. Mr. Marsters informed Mr . Umina <br /> that the check would have to be certified if not in time for deposit <br /> and clearing of same . Mr. Umina was also -asked to submit the names <br /> of abbut or s . ........ <br /> Mr.. Robert McNutt comes before the Board tonight with a very vague <br /> artists conception of what he proposes to with with land he ownes <br /> Located off Route 28 & Quippish and old Mill Road consisting of 30+7 <br /> acres . Mr. McNutt was informed by the Board that more desirable <br /> design be done by his Engineer-architect.
