It would be easier to agree on the plan and <br /> then create an ordinance to allow plan to go forward. Jobs <br /> adds more credibility to the third option. Jobs is an area <br /> of various uses - residential, multifamily, commercial and <br /> flexible space. <br /> Tony asked Mr. Hanson how soon he needs the deed to this? <br /> Mr. Hanson stated as soon as possible, 30 -60 days. Falacci that first the Board will get <br /> an appointment with Town Counsel and then will get in touch <br /> with Mr. Falacci with date and time . <br /> Mr. Falacci stated that at the last meeting Charlie was going <br /> to prepare a report, has it been prepared? <br /> Tony responded that we will meet with To,,,in Counsel to <br /> discuss it, as you requested.
