RELEASE OF COVENANT' <br /> Applicant : Earl H. Mills, Sr. <br /> Location: Wunohke subdivision,Rta 130 <br /> Request : Release of covenant on Lot B. <br /> Judy Mills stepped down., <br /> Mr. Robert Mills was present representing the applicant . <br /> He was seeking release of covenant for lot 5. It contains <br /> the existing home., <br /> Charlie asked if this is the lot where there is supposed to <br /> be some tree removal. If it gets sold, how will we <br /> quarantee the trees are removed? <br /> Mr. Mills stated that the easiest way is to remove the trees <br /> as soon as possible. <br /> Tony suggesting singing release and holding it in the <br /> Planner' s Office until Charlie has reviewed that the trees <br /> are removed. <br /> Louise made a motion to sign the release pending Charlie ' s <br /> inspection. Wayne seconded the motion. All Board members <br /> were in favor. <br /> DISCUSSION <br /> Selectman Will Hanson was present. He stated to the Board <br /> that he feels compelled to bring to the attention of the <br /> Planning Board an issue of the Rotary Bypass Committee . <br /> He showed the Board plans of what their goal is . Jobs <br /> Fishing Road is a major link in the entire scheme . It is <br /> not much further along then it was when the Bypass Committee <br /> started the entire project. His appeal to the Planning <br /> Board is to expedite whatever is necessary to open Jobs <br /> Fishing Road. <br /> His plead to the Board is: <br /> A. decide what is to be done and move on Jobs Fishing Rd. <br /> B. that some consideration be given to entire Commons <br /> Project. <br /> The Board will have to work more closely with Fields Point <br /> to resolve the remaining issues and then the plans can move <br /> on. <br /> Judy stated to Mr. Hanson that he must understand that <br /> Fields Point has not brought in finalized plans for the <br /> Board' s review. <br /> Tom stated to the Board that Fields Point' s concern with <br /> giving the road to the Town is that 'the whole project <br /> is premised on 0 or small setbacks and they want some <br /> assurance that it can still be done . There is a zoning <br /> issue involved and have to determine how do we aver.canine that <br /> problem. <br /> 4 <br />
