LaCava Realty Trust IT, <br /> by Baxter Nye Engineering& Surveying, dated June 17, 2008-ANIC'. <br /> Mr. Ellis explained this matter to be an Approval Not Required Plan consisting of <br /> four lots. The property is bounded southerly by land of Booker in Mashpee,westerly by <br /> the Quashnet Valley Country Club,northerly by the Vista Circle Subdivision, and <br /> easterly by Great Neck Road. The parcel is defined as a perimeter plan in Plan Book 607 <br /> Page 26 and has 929.10-ft. of frontage on Great Neck Road. The wetlands were defined <br /> by Samuel Haynes. It is a 9.84 acre parcel, less than 1-acre of wetland, and 8.86,acres of <br /> upland. The parcel is located in R5 zoning district, all of the lots comply with zoning <br /> requirements.
