There:is also atoning Bylaw <br /> requiring a paved road 204 wide within 150-ft. of the farthest point of the house, which <br /> has been met. <br /> Mr. Rowley commented that the plan indicated 3-inches deep stone,but there is <br /> no detail as to what is under the stone.
