Thomas,O'Hara asked Mr. Bonvie to consider a sidewalk connection along Route <br /> 15 1, between Algonquin and Old Barnstable Road. Mr. Bonvie agreed to look at the <br /> grading and provide information to the Board. <br /> There being no further Board, Staff,or Public comment the Chairman entertained <br /> a motion. <br /> MOTION: Dennis Balzarini made a Motion to approve the Proposed Stockpiling <br /> Plan for Phase III within Southport on Cape Cod,Mashpee MA,dated August 13, 2008, <br /> by RIM Engineering Co., Inc.; which Motion was duly seconded by Thomas OHara and <br /> so voted unanimously. <br /> Approval Not Required Plan <br /> Bayswater Development LLC/New Seabury Properties LLC <br /> New Seabury Golf Course/Shore Drive-Approval of 2-Lot Division <br /> of a New Scabury Golf Course Parcel <br /> The Chairman called this matter to order and recognized Tom Bunker, 13SS <br /> Design, representing the Applicant. <br /> References were made to a Plan of Land entitled, "Plan of Land in New Seabury, <br /> Mashpee,MA, prepared for New Seabury Properties LLC, by BSS Design, Revised June <br /> 18, 2008". <br /> MOTION: Dennis Balzarini made a Motion to sign the Plan dated June 18, 2008 <br /> as Approval Not Required under the Subdivision Control Law; which Motion was duly <br /> seconded by Thomas O'Hara and so voted unanimously. <br /> Definitive Subdivision Plan <br /> Bayswater Flat Pond Realty LLC-Flat Pond Circle <br /> Re-signature of 7-Lot subdivision Plan <br /> And <br /> Bayswater Seaside LLC-Shore Drive West-Resignature of 11-Lot Subdivision Plan <br /> The Chairman called this matter to order and recognized Tom Bunker,BSS <br /> Design, representing the Applicant, who explained the plans need to be re-signed due to <br /> Land Court requirement that plans be re-signed by both the surveyor and the Town after <br /> six months, as well as a reprinting of the plan to reflect a number of minor edits. <br /> References were made to a Plan of Land entitled, "Lotting Plan Flat Pone 11 <br /> Definitive Subdivision Plan, Mashpee, MA, prepared for Bayswater Development LLC, <br /> by EarthTech, Dated September 12, 2007". <br />
